Orders can be placed any time on our website. We do not to take phone orders at this time. We can set your order up to be placed on the website and assist in getting your order placed.


All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing errors will not be honored after they are changed.

Quotes made in writing or by email will be honored for 30 days after the quote is made. After which, a new quote will need to be requested. Quotes made by phone or in person will be put into writing. Any quotes made by phone or person will not be honored until it is put into writing by email or on our company letterhead.

Shipping Service

We ship all orders with UPS Ground. If you are working with a deadline, we must know this prior to placing your order. You may contact us at 877-232-7238 to arrange expedited processing and/or shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is based on the order amount. We only offer economy shipping, which is UPS ground service online. If you need 2 day, 3 day and overnight shipping services, please contact us.

Rush Processing

We offer 4 day and 2 day rush processing with Economy shipping. This time frame does not include Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays (holidays the government/banks are typically closed).

  • 4 day processing – Order Monday and it ships by Friday.
  • 2 day processing – Order Monday and it ships by Wednesday.

Orders that do not ship on time will not be refunded or canceled. We only offer a refund for the additional processing minus shipping fee from the chart above.

Returns,Refunds and Cancellations

Defective, Missing Parts or Broken Products

If you receive a defective,missing parts or broken product from us, please contact us immediately with your order number and description of the defective product. We will replace, refund or credit your account at our discretion. We may request photographs of the defective or broken product.  We reserve the right to refuse returns, credits or refunds if we are notified after 7 days of receiving your order.


Returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order. When the return arrives at our facility, we will process it within 7 days.We offer a refund or credit on your account upon request.

All products are considered custom unless the product page specifies it is a stock product.

  • Custom made products incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Stock products incur a 15% restocking fee.
